Speaker: Glenn Waddell
Topic:
Peacemaking
God has given us the blessing of peace in Jesus Christ our Lord as well as the privilege to be about His work of peacemaking. Here we will learn how to live in a dynamic relationship with our family, our church, and the world by learning our role as a peacemaker and being equipped with the skills of peacemaking.
Winter 2014/2015
Speaker: Jason Ellerbee
Topic:
II Peter
In II Peter we discover how believers are to respond to persecution from without. In II Peter we discover how believers are to respond to false teaching from within. In order for us to not be carried away by doctrines of deceit, we must grow in our understanding, hold firmly to and arm ourselves with the Truth. Come join us as we learn the importance of growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Fall 2014
Speaker: Keith Frye
Topic:
A Culture of Chaos
In II Corinthians 4:6, we read: “For God, who said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness,’ has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” How do we as believers respond to the darkness around us? The cure is not found in government, education or finances, but in the glory of God as revealed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
